Reach Your Potential
At AT&T we value your experience and education, so to start you'll earn $10.62- $14.61 per hour based on that experience. You'll earn even more through sales incentives, and after just 6 months you'll be eligible for your first raise. What kind of potential do you have? It's time someone took it seriously. We will.

Start With Training
You'll begin with 5 weeks of classroom training, followed by another 8 weeks of transition training. We want to ensure you have the skills you need to be successful and to help you perform at the highest level. But the learning doesn't stop there. We also offer ongoing training to help you prepare for your next career move.

Where You'll Work
Our location is easily accessible at 100 S. Main Street, just off of I-25. Our call center features an Internet Café and a Cafeteria that serves sandwiches and pizza - you can even email your lunch orders. We are located on the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk downtown within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, museums, concerts, community festivals, and much more.
