Start With Training
You'll begin with 9 weeks of paid classroom training, and then 2 more weeks of transition training. We want to ensure you have the skills you need to be successful and to help you perform at the highest level. But the learning doesn't stop there. We also offer ongoing training to help you prepare for your next career move.

Where You'll Work
AT&T's Lubbock Call Center is the largest of its kind in the nation! Our location is easily accessible at 2010 Avenue R., ½ mile from IH27 and the Marsha Sharp Freeway. In addition to free secured onsite parking, Lubbock Citibus has a bus stop just 1 block north our Center. We are also conveniently located near several restaurants, the Wal-Mart Supercenter, a United Supermarket and numerous Childcare options.
